Do not accept the first offer from an insurance company. If you have been injured from another driver's negligence or from a defective car part, we can help. Even if you are the person at fault, it is important to get legal help from a professional. Don't rely on the first law firm you see advertising when you need a solid legal professional. After an accident, you'll need legal management with:
Past and future medical costs
Lost earning capacity
Pain and suffering
With the ever increasing use of computers and the internet, your privacy is frequently compromised. Customer and employee data is regularly breeched – which puts your financial and personal information at risk. When this happens, you should rely on a lawyer who is recognized as an expert in these types of cases.
Negligence is defined as failure to take proper care in doing something. The Hirsch Law Firm has strong experience in this area, particularly professional or general negligence. When a person or company fails in their reasonable duty to care for you or a loved one, it could lead to serious injury or damages.
Some drugs and medical devices have not been appropriately tested or manufactured properly, even if they have been approved for use by the FDA. Thus, harmful side effects, severe health consequences, or even death can occur. Sometimes, even after a defective drug or device is found to cause medical problems, they can remain on the market, causing injury or death to a person. While drug manufacturers have a duty to warn users of the risks associated with a medication, they may not have accurately done so. If not, they can be held liable and victims may be entitled to compensation. The Hirsch Law Firm has an extensive background in many pharmaceutical and medical device cases, often related to women's issues.
